Coaching Introduction
TOWARD provides a world-class, confidential coaching practice that has supported hundreds of Executives to build resilience and improve performance. As members of the Association for Coaching, we abide to internationally recognised coaching guidelines and are committed to ongoing professional development.
At TOWARD we are committed to building resilience through behavioural change. Research shows that a building a coaching relationship is vital in this process (Grant 2008). Coaching builds the client’s resilience, self-confidence, ability to influence and deal with change and commitment.
Connaughton (2008) argues that in order for individuals to maintain their resilience that three critical components are necessary:
- A drive to succeed;
- The applied use of psychological tool and techniques and
- The availability of support networks, to include coaching.
Our well-established practice has developed considerable coaching experience with clients from the corporate, commercial, elite sport, academic and 3rd sectors. Our team of coaches are suitably qualified and have a strong track record in developing the behavioural competencies expected of leaders and executives.
