We are delighted to welcome Majella Barkley to the TOWARD team. Majella joins us as a Psychometric Analyst. She has a PhD in Emotional Intelligence and will be working with us to develop a new psychometric tool that measures how a leader is contributing to the incubation of crisis or failure within their organisation. In the current climate of financial vulnerability and scrutiny, this tool is well placed to allow large corporations and public sector bodies to discover how to build resilience before and during crises. This innovative project is part-funded by InterTrade Ireland and is supported by Trinity College, Dublin.
