We are in the process of developing a unique psychometric tool that measures how a leader is contributing to the incubation of crisis or failure within their business. In the current climate of financial vulnerability and scrutiny, this tool is well placed to allow large corporations and public sector bodies to discover how to build resilience before and during crises. This innovative project is part-funded by InterTrade Ireland and is supported by the world-class Psychology Department at Trinity University, Dublin. We are currently planning our open programme schedule for 2011 and hope to run Purposeful Coach Programme again soon. The 3-day Purposeful Coach Programme introduces each delegate to a series of behavioural concepts that allow them to become a more capable coach. The programme provides coaches with the opportunity to develop new skills and be exposed to innovative coaching theories, which will be applied in practice in an environment of peer support.
